Up and running in a minute
On Windows: run Yachito-Setup.exe and follow the installer. If SmartScreen pauses while the new build earns its reputation, choose More info; the verified publisher reads "Tallboy Consulting, Inc". The steps below are for Mac.

Open the download
Open the Yachito.dmg file. A little window appears with the app inside.

Drag it to Applications
Drag Yachito into your Applications folder, like any Mac app. That's the whole install.

Say hello
Open Yachito from Applications. If macOS pauses to double-check the first time, just right-click the app and choose Open. It's signed and notarized, so that's a one-time formality.

Let it meet your day
When Yachito asks for Calendar, Reminders, or the microphone, grant what feels right. Each one just helps your companion see more of your day, and you can change your mind anytime in System Settings.
One more thing: an invite
Yachito is currently invite-only. The download is open, but you'll need an invite code to pair your account. We're rolling out in small batches so every early companion gets the attention it deserves.
Have a code? It's in your invite email. Yachito will ask for it the first time you open the app.
